Making healthy choices doesn’t mean jumping on the treadmill for 2 hours each day (please don’t!) or completely ditching sugar and carbs over night. It’s all about doing a little more today than you did yesterday. With that, join me for our very first 365 Healthy Choices Fitness Challenge. Since we are already half way through May, this month we are going to do a 14 day challenge, which is the perfect amount of time for building up that plank! Each day we will hold it a little longer than the day before, finishing with a 2 minute plank. You can do this!
